Applying to an agency in our industry is a private decision. This policy explains what information NXT Wave collects when you visit our website or apply to work with us, why we collect it, how we keep it confidential, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

NXT Wave is a management, marketing, and chat operations agency for OnlyFans creators. This website is operated by NXT Wave LLC, Manila, Philippines ("NXT Wave", "we", "us"). Under data protection law, we are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through this website, including the creator and chatter application forms. It does not cover:

  • Management agreements with creators or contractor agreements with chatters. Those include their own privacy terms, which you'll receive before signing.
  • Third-party websites and platforms we link to or work with, such as OnlyFans, Instagram, or speedtest.net. Their own privacy policies apply.

3. Information we collect

We collect what you choose to submit through our forms, plus limited technical information needed to run and protect the website.

Identity and contact First and last name, email address, and phone number (creator applications only).
Age confirmation Date of birth (creator applications) and your confirmation that you are 18 or older (all applications).
Creator business details Primary social platform, profile link, follower count, current monthly OnlyFans revenue, and any business goals you share.
Chatter details Location, time zone, sales and chatting experience level, internet speed test result, weekly availability, and your written pitch.
Campaign and technical data The page that referred you, campaign tags in the link you used (UTM parameters), your browser's user-agent string, and a salted one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself.

What we don't collect through this website

Our forms never ask for government ID documents, bank or payment details, or logins to your social or creator accounts. If you're accepted, identity verification and any account access happen during onboarding through secure channels, under a separate notice.

Sensitive information

Because of the industry we work in, the fact that you applied to us may itself be sensitive. We treat all application data as confidential and process it only with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the form. Please don't include information about your health, beliefs, or other sensitive topics in free-text fields.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Review your application and decide whether to invite you to a strategy call or sales assessment.
  • Contact you about your application by email or phone.
  • Confirm that applicants meet our minimum age of 18.
  • Protect our forms from spam, abuse, and fraud, including limiting repeat submissions from the same network.
  • Understand which marketing channels bring in applicants, using campaign and referral data.
  • Prepare an agreement with you if your application is successful.
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Every application is reviewed by a person. We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host our website and database and deliver our email, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing those services. Our website is hosted by Hostinger.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our clients, applicants, or others.
  • A successor business, if NXT Wave is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We'll tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Resources loaded from third parties

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and a styling script from Tailwind CSS (cdn.tailwindcss.com). When your browser loads these files, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information, as with any web request. They never receive anything you type into our forms.

7. International transfers

Our team and service providers may process information outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

8. How long we keep it

  • Unsuccessful or withdrawn applications are deleted or anonymized within 12 months of our decision.
  • Successful applications become part of your client or contractor record and are kept for as long as your agreement requires, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
  • Applications from anyone under 18 are deleted as soon as we become aware of them.

You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time.

9. How we protect it

We protect your information with measures suited to its sensitivity, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access limited to the staff who review applications, and storing IP addresses only as salted one-way hashes.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your information.
  • Restrict or object to how we process it.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that happened before.

United States residents

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its correction or deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to make a request

Email sales@nxtwave.site from the address you applied with. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics tools or advertising pixels. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

12. Adults only

This website and our services are only for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has submitted an application, contact sales@nxtwave.site and we'll delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll post a notice on our website before they take effect.
